Cameron Impact Scholarship – Your 2026 Guide

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is one of the most prestigious awards for high school students in the United States.

It’s a four-year, full-tuition, merit-based scholarship for young leaders dedicated to making a positive impact.

Winning this scholarship can be life-changing, providing not just financial support but also access to a powerful network.

What Is the Cameron Impact Scholarship?

The Cameron Impact Scholarship is an undergraduate award from the Bryan Cameron Education Foundation.

It is awarded annually to 10,15 exceptional high school students who have demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership, extracurriculars, and community service.

Unlike many other scholarships, it is not tied to a specific university. Scholars can use the funds at any accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

What the Scholarship Covers

This is a full-tuition scholarship. The foundation covers the full cost of tuition, mandatory fees, and a book allowance for four years of undergraduate study.

This generous award is valued at an estimated $20,000–$50,000 per year, depending on the institution the scholar attends.

What It Does Not Cover

While comprehensive, the scholarship does not cover all expenses. Applicants should be aware that the following costs are not included:

  • Room and board
  • Travel expenses to and from campus
  • Health insurance
  • Personal living expenses (e.g., entertainment, clothing)

Use your essays and activity descriptions to provide specific examples of your leadership and impact.

Quantify your achievements whenever possible (e.g., “raised $5,000 for a local food bank” or “led a team of 15 volunteers”).

Select people who know you well and can speak authentically about your character, work ethic, and passion for service.

Give them plenty of notice and provide them with your resume and a summary of your goals.

Your essays should reflect your genuine voice and passion.

The foundation is looking for individuals who are driven by a sincere desire to make a difference, not just those who check the right boxes.
